Sourcing and hiring of employees can be a time consuming business. Our service allows you to hand the initial screening and selection processes over to us. Our responsibilities would include the following:

  • helping write job descriptions
  • processing curriculum vitaes
  • rejecting unsuitable applicants
  • screening potential candidates
  • conducting initial interviews
  • providing a short list of suitable candidates
    for you to interview
  • taking up references
  • sending out job offers
  • arranging contracts

Pricing Structure

Administrative hours are charged at £40 per hour
Initial interviewing services are charged at £100 per hour plus expenses (for example meeting room hire, out of area travel expenses).
