A personal lifestyle manager who acts as your central point of contact. This ensures your assigned lifestyle manager is consistently up-to-date with all knowledge and information regarding your individual and specific assignments, tasks and requests.

Direct phone line and email contact with your lifestyle manager.

A personalised client instruction file – all job requests are held on this file. Requests for repeat tasks or new projects can be made by phone, text or email – whatever is most convenient. This ensures excellent response times to any request and allows the requests to be made from anywhere in the world.

Regular reports, either daily, weekly or monthly summarising the current status of all projects and tasks.

Accurate spend recording through meticulous in-house time management .
